Bonding at least two components is a service that KÖPP has been providing successfully for years. We apply single-component and dual-component adhesive systems directly to our customers’ components. Precisely contoured even in 3D or with seal widths right down to 0.5 mm.

To ensure the bond's durability, we choose from different adhesives. Bonding does not just depend on softening of the parts to be joined and the adhesive system, but also on many physical and chemical properties (e.g. surface composition, energy and voltage). This means that selecting the right combination is the key to success.
